Records & Traceability
Every handpiece we sell or that you send to us for repair is recorded in a custom made software system with the goal of keeping you informed and updated with regard to the status of your instruments. The software enables us to accurately monitor and track your handpiece’s service and repair history. This technology enables us to guarantee warranties and track the status of each instrument we receive.
Should you wish, a Handpiece Harry representative can call to your surgery, free of charge, to survey and record the status of each of your instruments. This helps you keep on top of maintenance and in effect save you on costly and unnecessary repairs.
